Terms of use
These terms explain how you may use FieldFlow, operated by GREENLANE LABS SOLUTIONS in Malaysia.
Using FieldFlow
FieldFlow helps teams plan schedules, coordinate work and maintain project records. Use it lawfully and only for work you are authorised to access. If you act for a company, make sure you have its authority to create or manage its account and share its information.
Your account and company access
Provide accurate account information, use an email address you control and keep your password private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Company and project permissions determine which work you can see and change. Administrators may manage membership and access within their authority.
Do not use another person’s account, impersonate someone, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious files or send unwanted invitations.
Your project content
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate FieldFlow, provide support and maintain recovery copies. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Only upload information you have permission to share, including other people’s contact details, images and recordings. Keep it relevant to the project. Your content may be visible to authorised members of the company or project. Do not upload unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Free access and service changes
The current offering provides free access to the features made available to your account. Availability and usage limits may change as the service develops. These terms do not sign you up for a paid subscription or authorise automatic charges. Any future paid offer will be presented separately for you to choose.
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. We will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. We may restrict abusive activity or access that threatens the service or other users.
Use your professional judgement
Check schedules, quantities, budgets, approvals and reports against the real conditions of your project. FieldFlow is a coordination tool; it does not replace site supervision, safety procedures, professional advice or legally required records. Do not rely on it for emergency communications.
We take care in operating the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results or recovery of every record. Keep copies of records essential to your business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and closing your account
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. You can stop using FieldFlow and follow the account-deletion instructions. Account closure does not automatically erase shared company records or all recovery copies; the deletion page explains the current behaviour and how to request a review.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, without removing any mandatory rights that apply to you.
