Delete your FieldFlow account
You can close your account in the app, or email GREENLANE LABS SOLUTIONS for help with account and personal-data deletion.
Delete from the app
- Open FieldFlow and sign in.
- On Dashboard or Today, tap the Account person icon at the top right.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete when you are ready.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
If you are the only company owner
The app currently blocks account deletion while you are the only owner of a company. Contact us if you need help transferring responsibility or closing an unused company, including one with no other members.
Request deletion by email
You do not need to reinstall the app. Email us from the address used for your FieldFlow account, with the subject FieldFlow account deletion. Tell us whether you want to close your account, request deletion of particular personal information, or both.
If the button does not work, send your request to ernestlph@gmail.com using your usual email service.
We need to verify that you control the account before acting. If you cannot access its email address, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership. Do not send your password, verification codes or reset links. We will explain any company-ownership steps and any information that must remain before completing your request.
What the current in-app action removes
It ends access to the account, revokes sign-in sessions, replaces your profile name and email, and clears your avatar reference, password and multi-factor authentication secrets. It disables registered push-notification tokens for the account.
What can remain
Shared company records, task updates, comments, uploaded files, approval history and audit records are not automatically erased by account closure. These may still contain personal information you or your team added. Some account-related records, such as invitation and onboarding history, also remain.
Ask us to review specific personal information in these records. We will consider your request alongside other people’s records and any applicable legal obligations; we will not treat shared data as automatically exempt from a deletion request.
Backup copies are kept separately. Scheduled database copies are set to expire after 14 days for daily copies and 28 days for weekly copies, with a further seven-day recovery window for older versions. Removal is not instantaneous. Older recovery archives and file versions can remain longer, and there is currently no single automatic expiry covering all retained records. See the privacy policy’s retention section for details.
